Mechanical Engineering

The Mechanical Engineering department is established to impart concepts of automation, industrialization and manufacturing with enriched theory and innovative practical knowledge. Mechanical engineers involve in the design, analysis, and manufacturing of machines. The department is aimed to train students with the analytical mindset, technical skills, engineering insight, and practical problem solving abilities.

The department has a team of highly qualified, dedicated and motivated faculty and well equipped laboratories with facilities for UG programmes and advanced study.

Mechanical Engineering includes Manufacturing Engineering, Engineering Design, Automobile Engineering, Computer Aided Design and Manufacturing, Power Plant Engineering, Heat Power Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation and Robotics.
